MOTHER TERESA FOOD PANTRY
We are a (501)c3 non-profit organization
Our mission is to eliminate hunger in our community and the DFW area by providing low-income families in need with a program that provides food, promotes the value of nutrition, increase-self sufficiency, and instill hope. In doing so, Mother Teresa Food Pantry helps to ensure that food relief has a more meaningful and long-lasting impact. We want to encourage others to help feed their hungry neighbors by volunteering with us, donating, and spreading the word with love. |
"If you can't feed one hundred people, feed just one."

Why We StartedA food pantry is a community-based program that collects and stores food and household products for free distribution to needy people. In the United States alone, over 50 million people lack access to sufficient nutritious food.
My mom and I wanted to help fight hunger by starting a food pantry of our own. It's very important to us to come together to fight against it and help the children and families of our community. We want to help provide meals to our families weekly and support those who don’t know where their next meal is coming from. We are not associated with any other organizations, churches, or for-profits. We are 100% community funded and volunteer based. We have been founded for three years now and have fed over one thousand people in DFW alone. Our message is to treat people with kindness and share the value of nutrition by providing warm meals and fresh produce to our hungry neighbors, such as homeless shelters and families in need. |
Due to the global pandemic, we are operating mobile and are socially distancing
